Rafael Vaganian-the multiple winner of many international tournaments, the champion of the USSR (1989), a participant of matches of applicants for superiority of the world (1986, 1988), the vice-world champion on blitz (1988).
As a member of the USSR national team — winner of two World Chess Olympic Games (1984 and 1986), two team championships of the world (1985,1989), three team championships of Europe (1980, 1983, 1989). Besides, he successfully played for Armenia’s national team.
Anka-Maria Mitaru
Chess lover, she is sustaining talented children fron District 4, Bucharest, along with her brother Dan Mitaru. Her contribution as an organizer is well needed due to her passion for this wonderfull sport.
Dan Mitaru
FIDE Maester. International Organizer,former team captain at "Vulcan" team (1988-1994).
